Comprehensive Master Plan
The Town is soliciting proposals for professional services (Consultant) to assist the Board in development of a successor to the Town’s 2004 Master Plan. The new comprehensive master plan will serve as a guide in considering policy changes, land use planning, budget preparation and capital improvement planning for the Town’s future. The Board anticipates work will begin during the fall of 2011 and the finished product will be ready for adoption by the Planning board at a public hearing in the Spring 2013.
