Wake County, North Carolina ("The County") is seeking proposals from qualified firms for software and implementation services for a Planning, Permitting, and Inspections System, including an Interactive Voice Response System (IVR). This technology will be to create a central system to monitor, track and analyze activities related to land and properties within
the Wake County jurisdiction. The proposed planning and permitting system will provide a central portal through which all key stakeholders (internal and external to the County) will
have access to information on the status of past and present actions taken or being taken on a given piece of land or property.
