Comprehensive Land Use Plan for Camp Bullis

from qualified Respondents interested in providing a Comprehensive Land Use Plan for the Camp
Bullis Sector. The Land Use Plan is a primary implementation strategy recommended by the Joint
Land Use Study (JLUS) for Camp Bullis.
This Scope of Services is for the creation of a Comprehensive Land Use Plan for the Camp Bullis

Study (JLUS) for Camp Bullis.
Located adjacent to a predominantly urban community, the region surrounding Camp Bullis is
expected to continue experiencing economic and population growth in the future. As development
pressure increases within proximity of the military installation of Camp Bullis, a coordinated effort is
needed to ensure growth is managed in a manner that allows the installation to achieve its role in the
nation's defense while remaining a vital member of the local community and a major contributor to its
economy.
