The University of Maryland, Baltimore is seeking a consultant to provide university printed forms, letterhead, envelopes and business cards (Products) in full compliance with their terms and conditions and specifications as detailed in the RFP. This RFP shall include the requirements for University of Maryland, Baltimore (University) and University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC). Institutions of the University System of Maryland (USM) shall also be allowed to piggyback on this contract.
