Comprehensive Facilities Management Services

College is inviting Comprehensive Facility Management Contractors (Contractors) to submit sealed proposals for the provision of all labor, vision, venues, capital, and materials, as outlined in this Request For Proposal (RFP), for facility management services for the main College campus. These services include but are not limited to, an all-inclusive facilities management program encompassing: plant maintenance, custodial services, landscape maintenance, building and equipment repair, moving and event set up services, energy management services, and building commissioning.
