Deadline for proposal is not indicated] The Department of Environmental Conservation, Division of Spill Prevention and Response (SPAR), is soliciting proposals for a contractor to develop and implement a comprehensive evaluation of the condition of Alaskas Oil and Gas Infrastructure and provide a written comprehensive risk assessment document that includes the safety, environmental and operational risks of Alaskas Oil and Gas Infrastructure as well as the reliability of the existing infrastructure.
