Comprehensive Emergency Management Program
The services sought through this RFP will consist of expert consulting services to develop, refine, integrate, expand, and/or consolidate plans that are fully NIMS compliant for emergency preparedness, response, and recovery, and the development of a comprehensive emergency response training program for staff. Additionally, to establish a more robust program for exercising its emergency management plans which may be conducted as table-tops, drills, seminars, or full-scale live exercises.
