Comprehensive Countywide Classification
The County is requesting Proposals from qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive county-wide compensation and classification study of non-elected positions. The scope of work will include the following: job analysis and evaluation; salary evaluation, implementation recommendation and update; pay plan development, evaluation, and update; wage and salary survey preparation and analysis; pay goals determination; job description development; preparation of required reports, and recommended employee performance evaluation system.
