The Town of Blacksburg is seeking a full service graphic design and advertising agency to launch a comprehensive communications plan for the Alexander Black House Capital Campaign. The project will include the development of a theme/brand for the campaign, design of campaign materials, both print, and electronic, media strategy, and event planning.
