Comprehensive Administrative Review for Agencies
The University is seeking services of a firm(s) to conduct a comprehensive review and analysis of administrative structures, services, processes, practices and costs at the seven state agencies that are members of the University System. One purpose of this review is to identify recommendations that would enhance administrative efficiency, effectiveness, and execution at all levels of the organization. Another purpose of the review is to identify cost savings that can be redirected away from administration and into the System’s core agency functions of research, extension, and service.
