Compost Recycling Transport and Marketing Services
The City is requesting proposals from interested vendors or a combination of
vendors willing to transport and market composted material from the City Wastewater Treatment Facility. The successful vendor will remove and recycle the
composted material (known as biosolids) in accordance with the beneficial use guidelines
and regulations of the State of New Hampshire and the US EPA and any other State in which
this composted biosolids material is utilized.
