Composite Pavement Instrumentation and Analysis
The objectives of this study are to instrument the composite pavement section in order to monitor the pavement for thermal and load induced stresses and strains in the PCC pavement. An adjacent pavement section without the overlay (HMA base layer with PCC pavement) will also be monitored for thermal and load induced stresses and strains.
