Complete redesign of current website
LSNV is seeking a complete redesign of its current website www.lsnv.org.
The goal of the project is to develop a new custom website with increased functionality and ease of use by:
• improving web design and graphics;
• adding additional resources and searchable content;
• improving low-income and low-literacy individuals’ access to the site; and
• facilitating access for users of all English proficiency levels.
The overall goal is to improve low-income individuals’ access to the legal system. The design must contain elements that are culturally competent and responsive to the diversity of the intended audiences. Even though the site will contain a large amount of content similar to what is currently on www.lsnv.org, the goal is for the site to appear clean and uncluttered.
The most important priority in the creation of the new website is ease of use. Specifically, all users regardless of education or literacy level, familiarity with the internet, or technological sophistication, should be able to search, navigate, and understand the information on the site.
