The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue a full and open, competitive solicitation (N00024-19-R-5601) for the manufacture, assembly and test of Build-To-Print (BTP) production of CDP, which is comprised of Common Display System (CDS) Technical Insertion Sixteen Modification 1 (TI-16 MOD 1) equipment and portions of the Aegis Weapon System (AWS) Aegis Modernization (AMOD) Upgrade (AAU) equipment. The Fiscal Year (FY) 2020 through 2025 requirements of the solicitation include all labor, material, and other direct costs required to manufacture, assemble, and test the consoles, displays, and peripherals equipment, ancillary equipment, and spares for CDP TI-16 MOD 1. In addition, engineering services will be included to update and maintain the TI-16 Technical Data Package (TDP), provide technical data for the follow-on TI-16 configuration, and resolve Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS) issues.
A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded to the responsible Offeror whose proposal is determined by the Government to offer the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) proposal in accordance with FAR 15.101-2. Deliveries are anticipated to be free on board at origin (FOB Origin). All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the agency.
