Compensation and Benefits Survey
The City of Sioux Falls, hereafter referred to as the City, is soliciting proposals for
professional consulting services for the evaluation of the Citys compensation and
benefits system. The City is soliciting talent and expertise first and foremost and will
use cost estimates as a subordinate factor in the selection process. The City
reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive technicalities, resolicit, or
award contracts as deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
