Comp TIA Exam Vouchers
The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Philadelphia Office intends to acquire, on a sole source basis, a total of 21,114 CompTIA exam vouchers for Security SYO-401, A+220-801, A+220-802 for the Center for Information Dominance in Pensacola, Florida to be redeemed in one of five Government operated contractor approved testing Centers located in Pensacola FL, Hampton Roads VA, San Diego CA or Groton, CT. The NAICS Code is 611710 and the Small Business Size Standard is $15.0M. It is anticipated that any contract issued for this requirement will contain options for increased quantities to be exercised over a period of three years after the date of contract award.
The proposed sole source contractor is NCS Pearson, Inc.
The proposed firm fixed price contract action is for items for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 USC 2304(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all information received within ten days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
