Community-based rehabilitation services for Virginians with brain injury
The purpose of this Request For Proposals (RFP) is to establish contracts for the provision of community-based rehabilitation services for people with brain injury in designated areas of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Services to be provided through this Request For Proposals (RFP) shall include one or any combination of two or more of the following footprint of core services in brain injury: regional brain injury resource coordination; case management services; and clubhouse / day program services.
