Network 10 Contracting Office intends to solicit proposals from offerors to provide Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) services to include Primary Care Services to Veterans living or residing in the Goshen, Indiana area in support of the VA Northern Indiana Healthcare System, 2121 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46805.
The procurement will be solicited for a 12-month base year with nine (9) option year renewals. NAICS Code 621498 applies with a size standard of $20.5 Million. This acquisition will be conducted using the procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 15 under the authority of Title 38 USC 8153. The solicitation document will be available on or after August 30, 2019. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from www.fbo.gov (no hard copies will be made available).
