CommunityLink Health Program: U.S. and Canada
The Medtronic Foundation's CommunityLink Health Program aims to enhance the vitality of the communities where its employees live and work. CommunityLink supports programs that improve the health and welfare of people, with a focus on Medtronic's areas of expertise. These include
- programs that support healthy lifestyles, such as nutrition and fitness; and
- programs that provide health care to people who are socioeconomically disadvantaged, with priority given to programs in heart disease, diabetes, and infant mortality.
