Community update plan
The project will include, but is not limited to: seeking professional planning
services by a consultant or consultant team to assist in an update to the Aspen Area
Community Plan. The update will include extensive public outreach and input,
utilization of keypad voting technology, a final document prepared by the Vendor and the
Community Developments, and plan adoption with the City of Aspen and Pitkin County.
The final plan document must be prepared and formatted for easy understanding by the
general public. The Vendor will be required to provide website services for this update.
This project is estimated to take approximately 8-10 months upon initiation.
