The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Community Treatment Services (CTS) Contracting Office; Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Substance Abuse, Mental Health and Sex Offender Treatment Services in the Omaha, NE area. The location where services are to be provided should be within 20 miles of the United States Post Office, 1718 S. 51st Street, Omaha, NE 68106, accessible by local transportation, and within a 0.5 mile walk from community based transportation. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on or about September 01, 2017 with nine (9) one-year option renewal periods with service ending (if all options are renewed) on August 31, 2027. The services required for this contract include a Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two, Option Year Three, Option Year Four, Option Year Five, Option Year Six, Option Year Seven, Option Year Eight, and Option Year Nine, respectively. The following services are required and may be sub-contracted to another licensed contractor.

The services shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau) Community Treatment Services (CTS) Statement of Work dated April 2017, PSB. The request for quote will be available on or about May 9, 2017 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http: //www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the request for quote will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including quotation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date is on or about June 2, 2017.
Faith-Based and Community -Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. This requirement is unrestricted. The Bureau anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract. All responsible business concerns may submit a quote which will be considered by this agency.
