The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Community Treatment Services (CTS) Contracting Office; Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services in the Eau Claire, Wisconsin area. The location where services are to be provided should be within 0.25 miles of a public transit stop and within a five (5) mile radius of the United States Post Office located at 105 Garfield Avenue, Eau Claire, Wisconsin 54701. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on June 01, 2018 with nine (9) one-year option renewal periods with service ending (if all options are renewed) on May 31, 2028. The services shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau) Community Treatment Services (CTS) most recent Statement of Work dated September 2017. The request for quote will be available on or after March 01, 2018 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http: //www.fedbizopps.gov.
