The Federal Bureau of Prisons, ********* (CTS) *********** Office; D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide -based ********* Use, Mental Health and Sex Offender ********* in the Portland, ME area. ******** where are to be ******** should be with a vendor located within a 5 mile distance from 389 Congress Street, Portland, ME 04101, which is located along the Greater Portland Metro (GPMetrobus) stop and within a .5 mile walk to local transportation stop.  This requirement will ensure that the vendor is centrally located and within walking distance of public transit if necessary, and ensures inmates are not subjected to walking long distances in adverse weather.  Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on or about April 1, 2020 with four (4) one-year option renewal periods with service ending (if all options are renewed) on March 31, 2025.  The required for this contract include a Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two, Option Year Three, and Option Year Four, respectively. The following are required and may be sub-contracted to another licensed contractor.

********* Use Individual Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) – 36 units (per inmate) x 20 inmates = 720 units

********* Use Group Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) – 48 units (per inmate) x 20 inmates = 960 units

********* Use Family Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) – 16 units (per inmate) x 2 inmates = 32 units 

 

Mental Health Estimated number of inmates: 20

Mental Health Intake – 1 unit (per inmate) x 20 inmates = 20 units

Mental Health Assessment & Report – 1 unit (per inmate) x 20 inmates = 20 units

Psychiatric Evaluation & Report – 1 unit (per inmate) x 20 inmates = 20 units

Crisis Intervention – 1 unit (per inmate) x 2 inmates = 2 units

Mental Health Individual Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) – 36 units (per inmate) x 20 inmates = 720 units

Medication Monitoring – 5 units (per inmate) x 10 inmates = 50 units

Administration of Medication – 6 units (per inmate) x 5 inmates = 30 units

Mental Health Group Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) – 24 units (per inmate) x 10 inmates = 240 units

Sex Offender Intake – 1 unit (per inmate) x 10 inmates = 10 units

Sex Offender-Specific Evaluation & Report – 1 unit (per inmate) x 10 inmates = 10 units

Sex Offender Individual Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) – 36 units (per inmate) x 8 inmates = 288 units

Sex Offender Group Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) – 48 units (per inmate) x 8 inmates = 384 units

Sex Offender Family Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) – 12 units (per inmate) x 1 inmates = 12 units
