Community Preparedness Pharmacy Services
The Department of State Health Services (DSHS), Division of Prevention and Preparedness, Response and Recovery Branch, issues this Notice of Open Enrollment (the Notice) requesting applications from Licensed Pharmacies to establish a mechanism for providing out-patient prescription drug services to State residents who are victims and/or evacuees of a disaster or emergency event causing them to reside in medical special needs shelters, general population shelters, or other temporary residence/shelter in Texas, but not victims in hospitals, hereafter referred to as Shelter Residents.
