Community Partnerships Initiative
The City is seeking submittals from qualified Community Based Organizations (CBO) to participate in the Community Partnerships Initiative (CPI) for the City. The overall goal of this initiative is to continue to build and sustain healthy and stable neighborhoods through the creation of affordable housing rehabilitation and homeowners opportunities and by addressing neighborhood qualify of life issues and concerns through programs implemented by the Community Based Organization (CBO) network.
