Community Park Phase II Design and Construction

The Town is accepting proposals from suitably qualified and experienced Consultants for the Community Park Phase II Design and Construction Documents project. Phase II includes: outdoor amphitheater with seating for 7,000; destination play space (including a unique skate park, water spray park and adventure playground themed around natural wonders); large picnic shelter/restrooms; two parking lots; landscaping; pedestrian trails; utility connections and other required infrastructure.
