Community Nursing Home for Grand Junction in Delta County CO
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 19 (NCO 19), Greenwood, CO on behalf of the VA Grand Junction Medial Center intends to solicit quotes from contractors (nursing homes) in the following location Delta County Colorado.
In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database under the applicable NAICS Code. Firms may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in SAM. Registration is free and potential offerors are encouraged to visit the SAM website and register as soon as possible.
Patient placements in contract nursing home facilities are based on availability of facilities in a geographical location and the desires of the veterans and their respective families. Because it is impossible to determine actual usage of any particular contract facility, NCO-19 is using a Blanket Ordering Agreement (BPA).
