The Library of the City of San Antonio, TX is seeking proposals from qualified Respondents interested in conducting a Community Needs
Assessment for the San Antonio Public Library (SAPL), including designing, conducting, analyzing, and reporting the results of a community needs assessment survey, and writing recommendations based on those results. This Community Needs Assessment will serve as part of the basis for the development of a new library strategic plan.
