Community Health Education for Seniors in Apartment Buildings
The Westchester County Department of Senior Programs and Services invites proposals from health based organizations to develop and coordinate an array of health and support services on-site and near- site for elderly Westchester County residents, who reside in apartment buildings. Proposals are due no later than 3:00 p.m. on Friday October 17, 2008 at the Westchester County Department of Senior Programs and Services 9 South First Avenue 10th Floor Mount Vernon, New York 10550.
