Community Engagement and Risk Communication (CERC)

CERC services consist of improving community engagement surrounding risk awareness, by leveraging behavioral science to improve risk communications, and to increase flood risk understanding and ways to reduce it. The RMD is also focused on risk reduction activities, and empowering partners and stakeholders to own more risk communications and risk reduction activities.
