County is seeking organizations to assist in developing and administering programs to address the public/homeless services in the unincorporated areas of County and with the Municipal Partners as stated in its five year Consolidated Plan and Strategy. Descriptions of this year's eligible programs are provided to assist applicants in developing qualified proposals to help meet this objective.
