Grant : Community Development Block Grant

The City of Salinas annually receives Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership (HOME), and Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG) funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The City is soliciting proposals from organizations and community agencies, and City departments for projects to be funded under its FY 2007-08 HUD formula entitlement. Requests received must address the goals and objectives as stated in the Citys 2006-2010 Consolidated Plan.
