Community Center Development
Base-demo of existing 72,322 SF building inlcuding basement & foundations, demo of existing parking lot, curbs & utilities. Demo to include asbestos & lead abatement prior to demo of the bldg. Import structural fill to new grades & build a new 48,000 SF community center & pools. Include new parking log, sidewalks, patio, exterior stairs, ramps, retaining walls, playground area, service drive & delivery area. Project was designed to meet LEED Gold certification.
