Community Based Outpatient Clinic Services - Beeville, TX
The South Texas Veterans Health Care System (STVHCS), located in San Antonio, Texas is announcing the requirement for base year and four option years contract from businesses that can provide Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) services. The Contractor shall provide continuous delivery of primary and preventive medical care services and mental health space for eligible veterans enrolled with the STVHCS at the Contractor s clinic facility for all assigned patients, in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in the forthcoming solicitation. The Contractor s clinic site shall be located within the city limits in Beeville, Texas. The requirement will be firm fixed price, Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity contract, at capitated rate per member per month (PMPM).
Pre-solicitation Synopsis The Principle NAICS Code is 621498 Medical General Health Care. The size standard is $20.5 Million. The PSC is Q201 All Other Outpatient Care Centers. The RFP Number is 36C25718R0247. The RFP will be posted to FedBizOpps.gov on or about April 3, 2019 with proposals due in three to four weeks. These dates are subject to change.
