The primary goal of the Authority’s advertising effort is to help maintain and support customer satisfaction with its customers by conveying the valuable information that the Authority offers a variety of programs designed to help customers reduce electric costs and access customer care services that provide convenience and improved information, while delivering a safe, reliable and dependable supply of electricity. To fulfill this goal, the Authority seeks an advertising firm.
