Communications Contractor

The State is soliciting proposals from qualified firms interested in working on the design and implementation of a multifaceted, fully integrated communications program. The work associated with this RFP may include: assisting the APFC to develop and implement communications plans; designing and producing print, electronic, audio and video materials for a broad range of distribution channels and placing these materials with print, radio and TV; providing communications training; assisting in the planning and execution of public meetings and public appearances; and other duties as assigned.
