Communications Consultant RFP

The Communications Consultant will serve as the lead for a number of communications activities related to the organization, including: outreach to media, graphic design, editing, and event support. The Communications Consultant will also design and produce a number of case studies and profiles of STEP-UP participants, and will research and develop a repository of media, photos and videos related to STEP-UP. The full scope of expected communications services is found in Section 4 below.
