Communications Consultant
The County is soliciting proposals from individuals and firms qualified and interested in assisting the Executive and Senior Leadership Team with the development of proactive strategic communications plan; development of the legislative agenda at county, state, and federal levels; development of long-term budget strategies, including labor relations strategies, program reductions and redefinition of services, and identifying strategic savings opportunities.
The successful proposer should have a variety of hands-on experience in strategic planning and advising on these issues, preferably at the county/local level.
