Communications Consultant
The organization seeks proposals from Communications and Events Consultants interested in providing support services for the Community Relations Department. The work includes: event development and management, writing, editing, some graphic design and production, some outreach to media, and "tabling" at events. VLT expects the consultant to spend approximately 50 hours/month on VLT work. The scope of work is outlined below.
