This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by the State for the purpose of creating an awareness campaign which will begin in the fall of 2010, regarding the transfer degree guarantee between public 2-year and 4-year universities and colleges in Louisiana.
The contract shall commence on or about the date approximated in the Schedule of Events. The term of this contract is for a period of one year with 2 possible one year extensions with the same terms and conditions.
