The Development Corporation is seeking Proposals from a highly qualified institutional firm to manage our communications and policy/advocacy for the *** program with our company. This project consists of two contract positions, communications manager and policy and advocacy manager. Pricing for each position must be shown separately. All bidders must provide references of similar work and be able to demonstrate the track record of that work. All bidders must also demonstrate a track record of comprehensive management experience in an educational and community environment and manage all aspects of the positions. The selected contractor will report to EBDIs Director of Elev8 Baltimore.
