As part of Texas State Technical College Marshalls marketing strategy, we are looking for a company who can provide complete advertising strategies and products to fulfill our concern of reaching our target audiences. As part of this package we are on a fast paced time line and limited budgetary resources.
TSTC Marshall is seeking an advertising and marketing communications services contact agreement for one year, with annual renewal options for up to three years at one year increments. Future budgets are not yet known.
