The contractor shall provide the required employees, management, administrative support, parts, supplies, materials, and equipment (to include all required safety gear and materials) to replace the existing Radio Frequency (RF) element curtain on the TCI 570-1-03c Spriacone Antenna Curtain located at NAS Jacksonville Florida and remove and install (relocate) two (2) Hazard Report (HAZREP) fixed-frequency primary radios from NAS Jacksonville Transmitter (TX) and Receiver (RX) sites to Naval Station Mayport, Florida.
