The Black Hills National Forest is advertising for interested contractors to provide proposals for a competitive multiple award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with four option years covering common stand exam data collection activities using either Quick Plot, or Intensive Plot Protocol. Information shall be collected as outlined in Chapter 4 of the Common Stand Exam User Guide and Region specific appendices unless specifically modified by the contents of the contract. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, transportation, supervision, supplies (except those designated as government-furnished), incidentals, and perform all work necessary to conduct stand examinations in compliance with terms, specification, conditions, and provisions of this solicitation.
Task order minimum will not be less than 100 plots; maximum single task order will not be greater than 3,500 plots or combined task order greater than 8,000 plots within 30 calendar days. Ceiling price of the program will not exceed $1,000,000.00 over the five year period covered under the base with 4 one-year options. Four task orders are being bid under the same solicitation. Anticipated award is September.
All contract areas are located on the Black Hills National Forest in Wyoming and South Dakota. Specific site maps identifying project areas will accompany all Task Orders.
The use of bio-based products is anticipated in the performance of the contract. Information on Bio-based products can be found at: https://sftool.gov/GreenProcurement.
