This Request for Quote (RFQ) process is designed to procure Common Intake Form Services for the Genesee/Shiawassee Workforce Development Board, Inc. (GSCWDB) information tracking system. The One Stop Inclusion Workgroup, Final Report of April 2006, published under the direction of the Michigan Department of Labor & Economic Growth made recommendations pertaining to the inclusion of serving all citizens seeking assistance at the Michigan Works! agencies. The philosophy was that the services provided were to include all protected groups, including minorities, women, youth, seniors, individuals with limited English-speaking skills, and those persons with disabilities.
