Commissioning Service
The scope of work provides for LEED base and enhanced building commissioning services for the construction of an approximately 92,000 square foot building complex at campus. The commissioning services will be a five-level process including: planning (design intent), design (reviews), construction (field inspection and start-up), functional performance testing (including O & M training) and warranty review.
