RFQ VA528-16-Q-0312 -Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision and supplies necessary to provide janitorial services at the Buffalo Day Treatment Center. The period of performance will be from Oct. 1, 2016 to Sept. 30, 2017 with the option for 1 one year period, if exercised.
