The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is pleased to provide the attached Commercial e-Marketplace Acquisition solicitation to obtain commercial e-marketplace platforms that meet the objectives in Section 846 of the 2018 National Defense Authorization Act, Pub. L. 115-91. This solicitation represents the Government’s formal Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Government’s requirement for multiple commercial e-marketplace platforms that can provide business- to-business (B2B) delivery and process orders made by various Federal entities via the Government Purchase Card (GPC).  


This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This announcement is seeking proposals to establish a no-cost contract(s) with commercial e-marketplace platform providers. The combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as RFP number 47QSCC20R0001. 


Proposals are due by November 1, 2019 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time and are to be submitted electronically to dominic.lackey@gsa.gov and sarah.duncan@gsa.gov. Questions regarding this solicitation are being accepted until October 15, 2019 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time and are to be submitted via the following link: https://forms.gle/aMZ3qK7GcCVKWJrL8. ;
