This solicitation is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for services to provide the basic elements required for conducting Commercial Vehicle Travel Surveys for the department.
The purpose is to obtain as much data as possible when conducting Commercial Vehicle Travel Surveys. Travel information data collected will be utilized to update travel demand models used for transportation planning.
