Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Services
Notice of Intent to Submit Proposal: January 30, 2008
The Long Island Power Authority (the "Authority") is soliciting proposals through this Request For Proposals ("RFP") from experienced and qualified firms to provide Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Services to the Authority, as described herein. Proposers should be experienced in providing Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Services similar to the services required by the Authority. Based on the responses to this RFP, the Authority will select one firm to provide services under this RFP.
